Sorting the data
You can also click on the link in the confirmation email.
Or you can log in to your pilot profile and select the current job.
Create folders on our upload portal to upload your recordings.
You can either click on the blue plus at the bottom right or create a folder by right-clicking anywhere on the page.
Make sure that the folders are clearly named.
For example:
RAW
JPG
Pano 1
Pano 2
Video
etc.
Uploading the data
You can simply drag'n'drop the data from your desktop into the browser and upload it to the folders you have created.
Attention: ZIP files cannot be uploaded!
Check whether the recordings have been uploaded completely. You can check the status of the upload in the sidebar.
You can also check whether all the data has been uploaded by hovering with the mouse over the grey box at the top left.
Order completion
Once the upload is complete, please click "Complete order".
Here you can also send us a comment on the order if something special has happened or you would like to tell us something else.
Checklist and summary
The most important points are summarised once again:
Appropriate folders created?
Data uploaded completely?
Clicked on "Complete order"?
Then the order is completed on site and the FairFleet team is waiting for your invoice.
